Is Caloq free?

Yes! All 3,500+ recipes, calorie tracking, food diary, water tracker, weight tracker, and barcode scanner are free. Premium adds weekly meal plan generation and cooking mode with voice guidance. Family plan adds household features (up to 6 people).

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 3,500+ recipes are stored on your device. Calorie tracking, meal logging, and the food diary all work without internet. An internet connection is needed only to sync data across devices (requires an account) and to load community recipe ratings.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required for the core features. You only need an account to sync your data across multiple devices and to rate recipes in the community. You can sign in with email/password or Google.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — not by us directly. To cancel:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Caloq → Cancel
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Caloq → Cancel

You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my Premium on a new device?

Sign in to the same account (or use the same App Store / Google Play account) and tap Settings → Restore purchases inside the app.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (meal logs, ratings, profile) from our servers within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it for you.

What diet filters does Caloq support?

Standard diets: vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, high-protein, paleo, pescatarian.
Health condition diets: low-GI (for diabetes / insulin resistance), histamine-free, acid reflux / GERD-friendly, anti-candida, anti-inflammatory.

A recipe has incorrect nutritional data — how do I report it?

Email us at [email protected] with the recipe name and the issue. We review and correct data regularly.

The app crashes / something doesn't work

Please email us at [email protected] with:

• Device model and OS version
• App version (Settings → About)
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• Screenshot or screen recording if possible

Is there a web version?

Not yet. Caloq is currently available on iOS and Android only.
