Short version: Use Caloq responsibly. It's a meal planning tool, not medical advice. Subscriptions auto-renew. Don't misuse the app.

By downloading, installing, or using Caloq ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Caloq, including free and premium subscribers.

2. About Caloq

Caloq is a meal planning and calorie tracking application developed and operated by VoltPixel (sole proprietorship, Poland). The App allows users to browse recipes, plan meals, track nutritional intake, and manage shopping lists.

All content, design, code, and trademarks in Caloq that are not user-generated belong to VoltPixel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

AI-generated recipes in the App are the property of VoltPixel. Recipes sourced from third parties are used in accordance with their respective licences.

Important: Caloq is a meal planning and nutritional tracking tool for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, macro recommendations, and therapeutic diet filters are estimates based on general formulas and population-level data.

Always consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything displayed in this App.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

Caloq may contain links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon) through affiliate programmes. If you click such a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly labelled within the App.

Caloq uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, and social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nutritional data is provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoltPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or health-related outcomes arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
